This Version of Your Dog Is Worth Remembering (Winter Edition)

Winter slows everything down.  Walks are shorter. Snow blankets the ground. The world feels quieter. And your dog curls up a little closer than usual.  This season is refreshing, cozy, calm and chill. We gain more time to notice – how our dogs settle in, tromp in the snow or simply exist next to us. And it is often in these quieter moments that we realize how much they’ve changed. How much they’ve aged. And how little time we actually get to spend with them. Your dog has many versions. The puppy chaos. The confident adult. The calm, thoughtful senior.  Right now, they are this moment’s version […]

You’ve got your twinkle lights strung, your dog’s rocking a festive bandana, and your heart’s ready to burst with holiday joy. Then you pull out your camera… and your photos look more ‘meh’ than magical. Let’s fix that! This dude’s mom was leaving the St. Cloud area and wanted to capture her well aged pup before she did. We did a split location session – half of

Frank & Bell | Central Minnesota

Frank’s owner had won a session from a silent auction and contacted me before they moved out of the state for a new adventure. The day arrived, cloudy with threats of rain (but it held off huzzah!). We toodled area at their house out in the country with a MASSIVE yard, a quaint bridge, a vast wildflower area, cute pond and loads of running room. (If you want to do a session at your house, this is the IDEAL backyard!) Frank was adopted from Tri County Humane Society and his formal new name is actually: Franklinias! He, like all the
