Rex & Ross | Starbuck MN

The fall rolled around and partnered with a pair of rambunctious labs – Rex & Ross. These two are besties and Rex’s mom wanted to do something special for Ross’s owner as well as getting pictures of Rex. We met at the lovely Glacial Lakes State Park – trees, grasses and best of all the water! Ross was a total superstar (and a tripod!) and Rex was happiest zooming through the water.

Daisy & Penny | St. Joseph MN

This tossback goes back to a rainy fall day in 2013 when I met up with Daisy & Penny for the first part of their split session. The girls didn’t mind the rain and were happy to jump off the dock to show me their swimming skills. These two were total hams and it was a blast capturing their fall session! Luna | Brainerd MN

(Curious about all of the tossback / throwback posts? There was a spiffy website platform change & major update. The older posts did not make the transition. Luckily they are too awesome not to re-share!) Fall had landed on Minnesota, crisp and colorful. October 2013. A stunning Australian Cattle Dog named Luna met me at a small park in Brainerd for her session. She was spry and fast (nearly got that sneaky squirrel) plus had a stellar sit and stay.
